Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Building Systems Professional to lead our team's maintenance programs and rectification jobs efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in ACMV works or a related field, with a thorough understanding of building regulations and health and safety protocols.

Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to troubleshoot issues on-site are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of technicians to ensure efficient management of maintenance programs and rectification jobs
  • Ensure daily AC thermal comfort within acceptable limits
  • Plan and supervise all Preventive and Corrective Maintenance work activities, prioritize tasks and reallocate resources when required
  • Participate in equipment and system abnormalities root cause analysis, attend review meetings and provide updates
  • Implement efficiency improvements on operational processes, innovate and implement systems improvement on energy conservation
  • Perform standby/duty to attend to system faults or after office hours, weekends and public holidays as required
  • Minimise facilities, building and services system downtime during operation
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations
