We are seeking a Senior Building Management System (BMS) Engineer to fill this key position in our organization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing site coordination, planning project schedules, and coordinating site works with subcontractors. They will also design and deploy HVAC controlling systems, especially for chiller/AHU/FCU automation and building automation systems.

Mastery of various Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) programming and implementation is required. The successful candidate will also have strong project management skills and attend project meetings.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Senior BMS Engineer will provide training to customers, offer testing and commissioning services, prepare and submit operations and maintenance manuals, and manage projects from start to finish.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor / Master in Electrical Engineering preferred
  • Strong protocol knowledge for open protocol, e.g. Modbus/BACnet/OPC
  • Familiarity with HVAC controlling, especially for chiller/AHU/FCU automation and building automation systems
  • Knowledge on HVAC, power meter, PLC, and SCADA
  • Strong troubleshooting skill
  • Strong analytical mind
  • Self-motivated and team player
  • High commitment with customers and supervisor
