Senior Building Maintenance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the smooth operation of civil and building systems, guaranteeing their functionality and serviceability at all times.

Audit and monitor the performance of specialist vendors and outsourced maintenance providers to uphold exceptional service standards.

Collaborate with senior management and building managers on capital replacements, system upgrades, and building improvement projects to achieve strategic objectives.

Coordinate minor works and company projects while overseeing upgrades and improvements to optimize operations.

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is essential for this position.
  • No less than 5 years of experience in ACMV setting within a healthcare environment is mandatory.
