Building Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Technician to join our facilities team.

Job Description:

  • \
  • Carry out general building maintenance, repair, and servicing works\
  • Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting for M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) systems\
  • Conduct routine inspections of M&E fixtures, cooling towers, and chillers\
  • Supervise term contractors during repair works and M&E system testing\
  • Respond promptly to fault reports, service breakdowns, and customer requests\
  • Identify and report operational irregularities\
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of maintenance logs, checklists, and schedules\
  • Maintain full compliance with building regulations and fire safety standards\

  • Work collaboratively with the facilities team to ensure seamless operation of the building\

    Requirements:

    • \
    • 2–3 years of relevant experience in building or facilities maintenance\
    • NITEC in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical, Facility Technology or equivalent\
    • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and building systems\
    • Basic proficiency in MS Word and Excel\
    • A reliable team player who is independent, self-motivated, and service-oriented\
    • Willing to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays\

    • Proficient in operating various hand tools and equipment\
    • Ability to lift heavy objects and climb ladders\
