Job Title: Building Maintenance Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous individual to join our team as a Building Maintenance Professional. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and providing a pleasant environment for residents within the condominium premises.

Workplace:

  • Condominium

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sweeping and mopping of building floor areas such as lift lobbies
  • Wiping of lift panels, glass panels and letterboxes and ensure they are free of dirt and grime
  • Clearing the common rubbish bins
  • Cleaning and packing of cleaning equipment for next day usage
  • Informing any matters/feedback to the supervisor when necessary
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

  • Applicants without experience are welcomed to apply
  • Able to work OT hours, including weekends and public holiday
  • Willing to work as a team
  • Prior cleaning experience in a condominium will be an added advantage
