Job Title: Building Maintenance Technician

This is a full-time role for a skilled technician responsible for the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of buildings.

  • Perform regular inspections of M&E systems to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed.
  • Repair and troubleshoot faults in M&E systems, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing components.
  • Supervise contractors and ensure they adhere to company standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in building or facilities maintenance.
  • NITEC in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical, Facility Technology, or equivalent.
  • Strong working knowledge of building, mechanical, and electrical systems.
  • Able to work on rotating shifts, public holidays, and weekends.

Benefits:

  • Basic Salary up to $2,800 with yearly increment based on performance.
  • $30 Monthly Allowance.
  • 5 days work week includes weekends & Public Holiday.
  • Shift Work timings: (6.30am to 3.30pm), (8am to 5pm), (1.30pm to 10.30pm) – Depending on roster basis.
