Job Title: Senior Building Maintenance Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Building Maintenance Manager to oversee the upkeep of our buildings. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing maintenance services, schedules, and improvement works. This role involves monitoring and tracking maintenance programs and schedules to ensure seamless operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Senior Management to plan and manage maintenance services, schedules, and improvement works.
  • Monitor and track maintenance programs and schedules to ensure seamless operation.
  • Oversee the supervision of buildings to guarantee all systems are running efficiently and safely.
  • Manage emergency repairs, breakdowns, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards and safety guidelines among Facilities Maintenance team members and external contractors/vendors.
  • Coordinate administration of M&E works by liaising closely with consultants and clients.
  • Identify and address building system defects, shutdowns, and breakdowns promptly.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to maintain high levels of property maintenance.
  • Prepare monthly reports for management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Facility Management or equivalent.
  • Relevant qualifications in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building, or Real Estate.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer skills.
