Facilities Operations Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Operations Executive to support our Senior Operations Executive/Operations Manager in effectively managing the operations and maintenance of our buildings.

The ideal candidate will possess strong initiative, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work within tight timelines and resourcefully resolve problems.

  • Support the Senior Operations Executive/Operations Manager in ensuring effective operations and maintenance of buildings
  • Coordinate operational programs and execute maintenance works to ensure buildings operate at optimal levels
  • Assist in budgeting, managing, and administering all maintenance contracts and supervising expenses for operational needs of buildings
  • Liaise with Contract & Procurement team, manage and execute specific/ad-hoc procurement of equipment cyclical replacement & enhancement works in buildings
  • Manage and attend to all feedback and service requests in a timely manner
  • Lead technicians and manage vendor services to achieve required professional standards in day-to-day operations
  • Part of Company Emergency Response Team (i.e. Site Incident Controller, First Aider, etc)
  • Part of Environmental Health Safety (EHS) team for review & approval of permit to work (PTWs), risk assessment, safety checks/audits of buildings

The successful candidate will possess a minimum degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Real Estate, Facilities, Building or Estate Management, and be able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

They will also exhibit strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
