Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Building Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our building's mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily operations, maintenance, and repairs of mechanical and electrical installations within the building
  • Ensure workplace safety through supervision and safety compliance
  • Monitor work performed by contractors
  • Attends to ad hoc duties assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail mall, office, or hotel settings with knowledge of building services (M&E)
  • Nitec in Facility Management or relevant courses, preferably in mechanical or electrical services
  • Basic MS Office skills
  • Good understanding of maintenance procedures
  • Effective problem-solving and communication skills
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
