About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled building maintenance specialist to join our team. As a building maintenance specialist, you will be responsible for providing engineering support for mechanical and electrical systems, including repairs and servicing.
  • You will manage fire command systems such as BMS, Fire Alarm, and ACMV, ensuring the highest level of safety and efficiency.
  • Corrective maintenance on M&E systems will be performed by you, with proper completion of service reports being ensured.
  • You will monitor and record consumption spikes in BTU, water, and electrical usage, identifying areas for improvement.
  • A strong focus on safety regulations, updating shift records, and providing support to the engineering team is essential.

About You:

  • Nitec in Facilities Management / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Building Services or equivalent qualifications are required.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant facility management experience or equivalent is necessary.
