Building Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our semiconductor cleanroom building hardware.
Responsibilities- Maintenance of semiconductor cleanroom building hardware, including regular inspections and repairs.
- Troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of building fittings and fixtures (e.g., lights, doors, chairs, tables, etc.).
- Maintenance of lifts and cranes, ensuring they are in good working condition at all times.
- Coordination and management of contractors/vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- General upkeep of buildings and surroundings, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
- Degree/Diploma in mechanical/electrical engineering or relevant field.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in semiconductor manufacturing building maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with technical skills, not limited to management/monitoring duties.
- Ability to perform standby during urgent issues/breakdowns within the fabs.
