Job Title:

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time role for a technician who will be responsible for maintaining and repairing buildings.

  • Maintain and repair building systems, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing components.
  • Perform routine inspections on building fixtures and fittings, cooling towers, and chillers.
  • Supervise contractors in repair and testing of building services.
  • Respond to fault reports or complaints, breakdowns, and customer service requests.
  • Report on any irregularities found during maintenance activities.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of maintenance logs, schedules, etc.
  • Comply with all relevant building and fire safety rules and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in building or facilities maintenance.
  • NITEC in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical, Facility Technology, or equivalent qualification.
  • Good working knowledge of building, mechanical, and electrical systems.
  • Able to work on rotating shifts, public holidays, and weekends.
