Building Maintenance Specialist

We seek a skilled professional to provide general maintenance support and carry out routine inspections of mechanical and electrical installations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying building defects, responding to emergency breakdowns, and ordering spare parts from suppliers.

  • Provide technical assistance and conduct thorough property inspections
  • Ensure inventory is up-to-date and sufficient for daily operations
  • Coordinate with contractors and technicians to resolve issues promptly
  • Perform tasks assigned by supervisor and submit detailed reports on job status or defects found

Requirements

  • NITEC / Higher NITEC in Building / Estate Management / Real Estate / Engineering in Electronic & Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronic or equivalent
  • Independent, meticulous, tactful, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
