Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Facilities Management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the engineering facilities in our iconic mall are maintained at the highest standards.

You will play a vital role in maintaining and operating state-of-the-art AV and multimedia systems, as well as providing technical services support to our Operations Team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining and repairing mechanical and electrical systems in accordance with maintenance schedules
  • Monitoring contractors' routine servicing works and performing quality control checks
  • Operating and troubleshooting AV and multimedia systems
  • Providing technical assistance to tenants on maintenance-related matters
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognized trade certification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (e.g., NTC 2/3 or NITEC)
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in maintenance of M&E systems and building facilities
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications relevant to the job
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and shifts
