Senior Building Systems Specialist

This is a senior-level position responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of building systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience in supervising outside contractors.
Key Responsibilities:- Inspect and oversee work performed by external contractors, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Review and recommend Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Liaise with government authorities on matters related to maintenance and energy initiatives.
- Mentor and coach junior maintenance engineers and technicians to develop their skills and expertise.
- Assess and determine materials and equipment needs for maintenance jobs, taking into account factors such as budget and environmental impact.
- Evaluate and refine content of maintenance plans to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational processes and enhance energy conservation.
- Plan, execute, and monitor corrective and preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.
