Senior Building Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Building Management Engineer to oversee the performance of outsourced maintenance service providers for civil and building systems.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and ensure optimal functionality and serviceability of civil and building systems at all times.
  • Conduct regular audits and monitor service standards of specialist vendors and outsourced maintenance providers.
  • Support senior management and building managers in capital replacements, system upgrades, and building improvement projects.
  • Coordinate and support companies' projects and minor works.
  • Develop and implement plans to upgrade and improve facilities.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in ACMV setting in healthcare environment.

This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your technical skills and experience in construction management, tender process, BIM, and interpersonal skills to make a positive impact on our team.

The ideal candidate should possess strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with building information modeling (BIM) and contract administration would be advantageous.
