We are seeking a seasoned Building Management Systems (BMS) expert to join our team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Site coordination and project schedule planning
  • Design and deployment of HVAC controlling systems, including chiller/AHU/FCU automation and building automation
  • Mastering various PLC programming and implementation techniques
  • Project management and attending project meetings
  • Providing training to customers
  • Testing and commissioning services
  • Preparing and submitting operations and maintenance manuals
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Strong knowledge of open protocols, such as Modbus/BACnet/OPC
  • Familiarity with HVAC controlling systems, especially for chiller/AHU/FCU automation and building automation
  • Knowledge of HVAC, power meter, PLC, and SCADA systems
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Strong analytical mind
  • Self-motivated and team player
  • High commitment to customers and supervisors
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
