You will be responsible for guiding clients in adopting sustainable building practices. You will provide advisory on green building certifications, energy efficiency, and eco-friendly materials to minimize environmental impact.
The successful candidate will work closely with clients to understand their sustainability goals and objectives for building projects. They will provide expert advice on green building strategies, assist clients in obtaining green building certifications, evaluate building designs and recommend energy-efficient solutions, conduct environmental assessments of building sites, and identify opportunities for sustainable design.
- Client Consultation: Work closely with clients to understand their sustainability objectives.
- Certification Guidance: Assist clients in obtaining green building certifications.
- Energy Efficiency: Evaluate building designs and recommend energy-efficient solutions.
- Sustainable Materials: Research and recommend eco-friendly building materials.
- Environmental Assessments: Conduct environmental assessments of building sites.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to integrate green building principles into project designs.
This is an opportunity to work with a young and dynamic team. You will have the chance to learn and develop your project management skills and knowledge of green/sustainability certification and standards.
The ideal candidate has a post-diploma or bachelor's degree in architecture, Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, or related field. Professional certification such as LEED AP/ WELL AP/ GMAP/ GMAAP is highly desirable. At least 2 years of working experience in green building consulting or related roles is required.
