Job Title: Maintenance and Engineering Sustainability Expert
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our strategic sustainability initiatives and manage the building's sustainability systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for reducing energy consumption and promoting sustainable practices.
- Maintain and optimize the operations of all plants, equipment, and systems within the building.
- Formulate and implement a sustainability management plan in line with industry standards.
- Work closely with consultants to ensure compliance for Green Mark verifications and re-certification.
- Interface with stakeholders on sustainability matters.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Knowledge of operations, maintenance, and related local ordinances for Green Building Operation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Professional certification in sustainability, ACMV, and/or energy management.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and technical skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be passionate about contributing to our organization's sustainability goals and making a positive impact on the community.
