Job Description

The mission of our Building Services team is to contribute significantly to the creation of more energy-efficient, sustainable, cost-effective, and safe buildings. We take pride in designing innovative and sustainable mechanical and electrical solutions that minimize the use of natural resources.

This role presents an excellent opportunity for a skilled Mechanical Building Services professional to join our Singapore-based team and play a key role in delivering exceptional mechanical design solutions for prestigious building projects in Singapore and internationally.

As a leader within the team, you will oversee the delivery of technically-excellent projects across various sectors, including Education, Commercial, Healthcare, Retail, and Critical Systems. Your primary responsibilities include managing and growing a team of expert engineers and technicians, collaborating with colleagues from diverse disciplines, and developing outstanding client relationships.

You must be a Chartered Engineer with a degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering (MEng or BEng or equivalent) and have extensive experience in Mechanical Engineering roles within a building services context. You should possess expertise in relevant design software, including Revit, IES, CYMAP, and/or Hevacomp, as well as a portfolio demonstrating your quality and client-focused approach.

Key qualifications include managing multiple large-scale projects and teams, delivering high-quality results, and possessing a passion for creative and intuitive design. Experience working on data center/critical systems projects is highly valued.

Excellent communication and project management skills are essential due to the collaborative and client-focused nature of this role.
