Job Title: Building Management System Engineer

As a Building Management System (BMS) Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the optimal functioning of building management systems. Your responsibilities will include leading and managing a team of sub-contractors for maintenance and service works, planning, organizing, coordinating, and implementing preventive maintenance work timely to ensure compliance with all authorities and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, coordinate, and implement preventive maintenance work timely to ensure compliance with all authorities and client requirements">
  • Liaise with sub-contractor and vendor for quotations and purchase orders">
  • Perform routine checks, system backups & restoration, troubleshooting, and upgrading/improvement of systems to ensure optimal functioning of BMS">
  • Optimize BMS to reduce overall building energy consumption">
  • Provide technical/operational guidance, engineering solutions to Facility Management">

  • Proactive individual who can work independently">
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills">

  • Training will be provided">
