Job Title: Senior Project Manager for Building Systems


This role requires an experienced professional to oversee the design and project management of mechanical and electrical engineering systems for various building projects.


The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering or a related field, with at least 5 years' experience in similar roles. They should possess excellent multitasking and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and take initiative.


Key responsibilities include attending consultant meetings, managing M&E aspects of construction activities, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.


Additional requirements include a strong understanding of building systems, including MVAC, electrics, lifts, fire protection, plumbing, and sanitary systems.


The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
