Global Brand Manager Position

This is a dynamic role that requires an individual with exceptional leadership skills and creative vision to drive global brand initiatives.

  • The successful candidate will develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive branding strategies across all touchpoints, ensuring the integrity of the brand narrative.
  • Key responsibilities include coordinating and synergizing branding activities within the corporate communications department and potentially with other departments.
  • A key focus area will be on creating and executing market-specific branding initiatives and campaigns that support the organization's business objectives.
  • Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders will be essential in ideating innovative initiatives that elevate the brand globally.
  • Regular analysis and performance monitoring of various initiatives will also be necessary to provide recommendations for improvement.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing the coordination of a prestigious annual ceremony requiring meticulous planning and execution.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in mass communication, new media, marketing, or a related field.
  • Five years of proven experience in developing and implementing branding and marketing communications campaigns.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of mainstream and digital platforms, with the ability to integrate content and platforms for maximum audience engagement.
  • Strong understanding of media planning and marketing analytics principles.
  • Excellent copywriting and message customization skills, along with proficiency in visual asset creation.
  • Meticulous, proactive, creative, and able to think outside the box.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, identifying synergies with various departments.
  • Strategic project management skills, including multitasking, planning, and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite software packages, particularly Photoshop and InDesign.
