As a Brand Strategist, you will be involved in every stage of the brand journey from discovery and research to positioning, naming and messaging. You will work closely with senior creatives and clients to develop strategic solutions that drive differentiation and meaning. This is a thinking role for someone who writes well, listens deeply, and believes in the power of thoughtful brands.
What You'll Do:
Conduct research and uncover insights through stakeholder interviews, market scans, and cultural context
Develop brand strategies, positioning frameworks, brand architecture and naming solutions
Articulate brand purpose, values, and narrative with clarity and nuance
Collaborate closely with design and verbal teams to ensure strategic alignment
Write decks and client-facing materials that are both purposeful and impactful
Support workshops and strategic presentations for clients across sectors
Contribute to internal intellectual property development and thought leadership
What You'll Bring:
3–5 years of experience in branding, strategic communications, or consulting
Strong research, analytical, writing and storytelling skills that you can turn insight into language
Facilitate workshops and work sessions with clients across sectors
Translate complex ideas into simple, compelling brand frameworks
Collaborate closely with creatives to bring strategy to life in design and communications
A structured mind with an eye for nuance and simplicity
Confidence in presenting to clients and collaborating across disciplines
Curiosity about culture, design, and how meaning is created in the modern world
Experience in naming, tone of voice development, or public sector strategy work is a bonus
