**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- As the Business Development and Branding Strategist you will be responsible to establish and manage the brand image, locally and regional for Dycorra, a newly upcoming brand for lighting, sanitary ware and smart home products.
- The role will involve recommending strategist create market trends, conducting consumer insight studies (market research), and identifying opportunities to drive brand growth and enhance market presence.
- This role will also take lead in planning and driving product formulation development and packaging design.
- You will play a crucial role in maintaining brand integrity and ensuring that Dycorra grows its branding locally and regionally.

**Key Responsibilities for Business Development and Branding Strategist (Dycorra)**:

- Strategy Development: Coming out with effective means for branding exercise and campaign. This involves conducting market research, analyzing consumer trends, and identifying opportunities for brand growth locally and regionally.
- Brand Positioning: Develop and maintain a strong brand identity locally and regional by defining the brand's unique selling proposition and ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing channels and to our partners.
- Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities that effectively communicate the brand's message and engage the target audience. This includes managing advertising, public relations, social media, and other marketing initiatives.
- Budget Management: Responsible for managing the marketing budget allocated. Ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and effectively to maximize the brand's impact and ROI.
- Performance Analysis: They monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of brand strategies and marketing campaigns. Based on the insights gained, they make data-driven decisions to optimize future marketing efforts. Post campaign and marketing review.

**Qualification/Skill**:

- Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related field
- Experience in managing brand campaigns, conducting market research, and analyzing data is highly valuable.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the industry or market in which the company operates is advantageous. Understanding the competitive landscape, market trends, and consumer preferences is important for effectively positioning and promoting the brand.
- Leadership and Management Skills: Strong leadership and management skills are necessary to guide and motivate the team, set goals, provide feedback, and ensure the successful execution of brand strategies.
