Job Title: Senior Associate/Manager, Brand

Join the Integrated Marketing team at the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) as a Senior Associate/Manager, Brand. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated brand campaigns that showcase Singapore's attractiveness as a destination for businesses and talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage integrated brand campaigns across paid, owned, earned, and partner channels, including campaign strategy, production, execution, performance reporting, and stakeholder/vendor management.
  • Localize the Singapore business brand in key markets, including Germany, Japan, Singapore, the UK, and the US, by working with EDB's international offices on online and offline activations.
  • Support meetings, workshops, and consultations with EDB senior management and Singapore government stakeholders on the direction of the Singapore business brand.
  • Contribute to the development of brand strategies that align with EDB's industry development goals and translate these strategies into effective brand campaigns.
  • Commission, govern, and drive adoption of Brand SG and EDB assets and toolkits, including visual assets, design templates, and merchandise.
  • Monitor the application of the Singapore and EDB brands across EDB and partner touchpoints, including events, digital campaigns, and partnerships.
Requirements:
  • Singaporean citizenship.
  • At least 4 years of brand marketing experience, preferably in B2B or public sector, as part of a marketing agency or as part of a corporate/government brand marketing team.
  • Experience in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns spanning paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Experience supervising and working with marketing vendors such as creative agencies and market research firms.
  • Preferred experience with Singapore government procurement processes.
  • A degree in relevant disciplines, including but not limited to Marketing, New Media, and Mass Communication.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work with minimal intervention from managers.
  • Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders, including those who are not marketing experts.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment with high complexity tasks.
