Are you a strategic visionary with a zeal for brand evolution and marketing excellence? Singtel is on the lookout for a dynamic and seasoned Senior Brand Marketing Manager to enhance our team. If you possess a proven history of steering brand leadership, overseeing creative and media collaborations, and executing impactful marketing initiatives, we are eager to connect with you.

Your Contributions Will Include:

  • Brand Evolution: Propel market leadership in brand positioning and communication through annual marketing strategies and integrated campaigns. Develop and uphold the Singtel brand guidelines across all platforms, ensuring coherence across various brand channels and mediums. Foster emotional brand engagement by transcending beyond rational and functional brand attributes. Achieve brand uniformity by collaborating and aligning brand expressions across departments and business units.
  • Agency Collaboration: Encourage integration among the diverse specialist creative and media agencies that Singtel partners with. Manage Singtel's relationships with retained agencies through performance evaluations every six months. Monitor and optimize agency fees and scopes monthly, and annually during the planning phase. Oversee agency scope reconciliations on a monthly basis. Manage monthly agency retainer payments (creative & media) and the A&P budget.
  • Media and Operational Excellence: Oversee negotiations of Master Contracts with strategic media partners (e.g., SPH and MediaCorp). Manage overall media expenditures against Master Contract commitments. Supervise brand research surveys and sponsorship audits. Organize regular Marketing/Brand workshops to disseminate industry best practices.

Essential Skills for Success:

  • Minimum degree in Marketing and/or Communications.
  • At least 8 years of progressive experience in an advertising agency or a similar environment.
  • Proficient in brand/communication strategy, research, and campaign execution across integrated media.
  • Ability to analyze data and conduct brand tracking of campaigns is a significant advantage.
  • Strong business acumen with exceptional interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation/communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational capabilities for managing projects and events.
  • A challenger mindset, dynamic and proactive approach.
  • Experience in the tech/telecom sector is a plus.
