Job Title: Social Media Strategist

At JEFFERY ADVENTURE PTE. LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand and campaign strategies to drive business growth.



Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer needs and trends, and develop effective strategies to meet those needs.

2. Create and implement integrated marketing plans to increase brand exposure and drive business growth.

3. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring content quality and effective outcomes.

4. Utilize data-driven marketing strategies to track and analyze campaign data, and optimize marketing plans.

5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and team members.



Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2. Strong writing and editing skills, with experience in creating professional-level content.

3. Ability to think strategically and creatively about brand marketing, with strong project management capabilities.

4. Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills, with a proactive and resilient attitude.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.



Preferred Skills:

1. Experience with social media marketing platforms, including Facebook and LinkedIn.

2. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and PowerPoint.

3. Strong event planning and project management skills.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.

5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
