Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver unified brand partner marketing strategies that unlock business value for both brands and Sephora.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and achieve mutually beneficial objectives.
  • Analyze and report on ROI for collaborative marketing programs and sampling investments.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing or advertising, with a focus on loyalty or retail marketing.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative marketing solutions.
  • Experience managing budgets and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new tools and technologies.
