About the Role
DBS Bank is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Group Human Resources team as a Senior Manager, Total Rewards. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping our compensation and benefits strategy to attract, retain, and nurture top talent in Asia.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective compensation and benefits strategies to drive business outcomes and enhance employee engagement.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory requirements to ensure our compensation and benefits programs remain competitive and compliant.
- Partner with HR Communications to develop and implement employee communications strategies to promote our rewards programs and initiatives.
- Ensure the delivery of compensation and benefits plans and activities across the region are aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in compensation and benefits strategy development and implementation.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, particularly in relation to fair compensation principles and practices in the region.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the banking industry.
