Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits professional to join our team at 3160 KLA-Tencor (Singapore). As a Compensation Consultant, you will play a key role in designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs that align with our company's global strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages
  • Partner with regional HR teams to understand compensation and benefits needs and develop effective solutions
  • Review and analyze benefit plan design and renewals to ensure alignment with our global benefits strategy
  • Evaluate programs and information on legislation, trends, advances, and new technologies to make recommendations for changes and improvements
  • Manage escalated inquiries concerning Total Rewards programs and educate employees, business management, and leaders on rewards programs and practices
  • Support the due diligence process of acquisitions and assist in management of post-acquisition integration and harmonization plans
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Doctorate (Academic) Degree and related work experience of 5 years; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 8 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 12 years
