Senior Consultant in Compensation Strategy

Position Overview
The role requires a deep understanding of KLA's Mission, Vision, and Values, ensuring these principles are reflected in all actions and decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Forge strong partnerships with senior HR teams across regions and countries to fulfill Compensation & Benefits (C&B) program objectives and enhance processes.
- Deliver analytical consulting support to HR business partners, leadership, and the HR Center of Excellence (COE) in the formulation and execution of KLA's compensation and benefits initiatives, focusing on a comprehensive Total Rewards framework.
- Collaborate with regional HR leadership and business units to identify C&B requirements and devise impactful solutions.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and data assessment to establish competitive compensation standards for various job roles and career levels, taking into account the financial capabilities of the organization.
- Assess and analyze benefit plan structures and renewals to align with KLA's overarching global benefits strategy and principles.
- Research and evaluate legislative developments, trends, and technological advancements to inform program enhancements and necessary adjustments.
- Revise and refine policies and practices to ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulatory requirements.
- Address escalated inquiries regarding Total Rewards programs, providing education to employees and management about the rewards framework.
- Engage in country-specific C&B surveys to collect market data for the development of competitive C&B offerings.
- Assist in the due diligence processes during acquisitions and support the management of post-acquisition integration and alignment strategies.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate (Academic) Degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or a Master's Level Degree with at least 8 years of related experience; or a Bachelor's Level Degree with a minimum of 12 years of applicable experience.
