Accurate documentation of all resident interactions, program support, resource referral, feedback collection, policy adherence, collaboration with other departments, and continuous improvement are critical aspects of this role.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (equivalent experience considered)
- Minimum 2 years in customer service, resident services, or a related field
- Proficiency in French and English is a must
