Job Title: Resident Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated professional to join our team as a Resident Care Specialist. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional care and support to vulnerable members of our community.

Job Description:

The Resident Care Specialist will be responsible for providing high-quality care and services to residents in our care facilities. This includes planning and supervising the care and well-being of residents, designing and implementing programs and activities to enhance their quality of life, and maintaining accurate records of resident interviews and care plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Possess a Diploma in any discipline
  • Willing to work on rotating shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Able to adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) while performing duties

In addition to these skills, the ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
