Job Overview

Requirements:
Diploma Qualifications:
  • A diploma in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with residents and colleagues.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information and manage conflicts.
