Job Summary
The Senior Executive, Office Administration plays a vital role in supporting the Corporate Development Department's operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, as well as experience in administration work in the public sector.
Main Responsibilities
- Administer office workstation management to optimize workspace utilization and facilitate smooth staff movements.
- Ensure effective office keys and access cards management, incorporating access control procedures and policies.
- Coordinate carpark, name card production, and telecommunication matters to support the department's operations.
- Support other administrative functions, including procurement, filing, and policy review.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Diploma in any field.
- Administrative experience in the public sector (an asset).
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
This position is available for a 2-year contract term.
