- Internal and External Audit: Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as external regulatory requirements.
- Communication and Coordination: Facilitate the exchange of information between departments and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Scheduling and Deadline Management: Manage schedules and deadlines for various projects and tasks, ensuring timely completion and delivery.
- Certification Management: Oversee the application and renewal of company certifications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Purchase Order Management: Generate and manage purchase orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- IT Support: Provide basic IT support to staff, ensuring minimal disruptions to business operations.
- Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, including but not limited to, data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in full-spectrum administrative duties, preferably in the construction sector.
- Administrative Skills: Strong administrative support skills, including but not limited to, Microsoft Office, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese.
- Initiative and Independence: Ability to work independently, with initiative and a dynamic approach to tasks and projects.
- IT Knowledge: Basic IT knowledge, including but not limited to, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software applications.
