Responsibilities:•Responsible for purchasing physical/virtual software products from the Company’s various vendors;•Execute full set of purchasing process (sourcing, RFQ, negotiation, shipping and follow-up on deliveries);•Responsible for handling the day to day purchasing activities of the Company;•Responsible for obtaining information/data regarding issues which may affect the purchasing lead times;•In charge of maintaining the Company’s inventory integrity and assist in stock takes when required;•In charge of tracking/monitoring the Company’s orders, ensuring that the goods/products are received timely;•In charge of resolving purchasing issues examples late shipments, product quality, etc.;•Responsible for documentation on purchasing activities (vendor code set-up, purchasing database maintenance, matching and submission of PO/PI/SO/Invoice to Accounts);•Update weekly/monthly reports timely;•All other ad-hoc duties as assigned.Requirements:•Minimum Diploma in any relevant field of studies;•Minimum 1 year of relevant purchasing experience;•Good team player and able to complete tasks assigned in shortest timeline;•Strong sense of urgency, attention to details and highly responsible;•Proficient in Excel and good with basic formulas & VLookUp;•NAVision knowledge preferred;•Able to start immediately or within short notice preferred;•Required language: English and Mandarin (coordinate with English and Chinese speaking suppliers).
