Job Title: Accounts Assistant cum Operation Admin

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant cum Operation Admin to join our team at LANTRO NE PTE. LTD.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full spectrum of Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Collaborate closely with the operations team to issue purchase orders to vendors and delivery orders to customers in our ERP system.
  • Generate sales invoices to customers and record supplier invoices in the ERP system.
  • Assist in cash management and payment processing, as well as recording receipts in the accounting system.
  • Monitor debt collection and send monthly statements of account to customers, following up and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Prepare quarterly GST submissions and assist in the monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing of accounts.
  • Support the Finance Manager during audits and other ad-hoc requests.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience handling full set of accounts (AP/AR).
  • Familiarity with ERP software and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Hands-on experience in accounting systems is advantageous.
  • Proactive, independent, meticulous, and keen to learn.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
