Accounts Assistant cum Operation Admin

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant cum Operation Admin to join our team at LANTRO NE PTE. LTD.
Responsibilities:- Manage the full spectrum of Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to issue purchase orders to vendors and delivery orders to customers in our ERP system.
- Generate sales invoices to customers and record supplier invoices in the ERP system.
- Assist in cash management and payment processing, as well as recording receipts in the accounting system.
- Monitor debt collection and send monthly statements of account to customers, following up and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Prepare quarterly GST submissions and assist in the monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing of accounts.
- Support the Finance Manager during audits and other ad-hoc requests.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience handling full set of accounts (AP/AR).
- Familiarity with ERP software and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Hands-on experience in accounting systems is advantageous.
- Proactive, independent, meticulous, and keen to learn.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
