Programme Executive Job Opportunity
">We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to create a supportive environment for individuals with intellectual disability.
The Programme Executive will develop and implement training programmes tailored to the unique needs of residents, working closely with the Head of Training and Therapy and Programme Executives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing and conducting training activities as assigned, including skills training and therapy sessions for adults with intellectual disability.
- Managing client attendance, conducting safety checks, and ensuring clients' well-being during activity hours.
- Teaching, supervising, and evaluating clients' performance, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborating with volunteers to deliver training and therapy activities.
- Maintaining accurate records, managing stock inventory, and organizing internal/external activities.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A passion for working with individuals with intellectual disability.
- Experience in working with individuals with intellectual disability is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
