Job Description">

At Singapore Red Cross, we are dedicated to providing support and services to those with moderate/severe physical and intellectual disabilities.

As a senior social worker, you will be responsible for conducting means tests and financial assessments, establishing rapport with clients and caregivers, and preparing case history information and intervention plans.

  1. Conduct initial screening and intake assessments to determine the level of complexity, key risks and protective factors of each case.
  2. Prepare case history information, biopsychosocial assessment and social work intervention plans.
  3. Implement and follow up on care/case plans and interventions to ensure suitability in addressing client needs.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Recognized degree/postgraduate diploma in social work.
  • At least 3 years working experience in social service and healthcare sectors.
  • Good knowledge in government means testing framework.
  • Excellent case management skills.
Additional Skills and Knowledge
  • Experience in preparing audit musters is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite is an added advantage.
