Training Officer Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Training Officer to join our team.

Job Description

The Training Officer will be responsible for providing daily training and care to clients with disabilities. This includes using evidence-based methods to train and assist adults in activities of daily living, community living skills, and pre-vocational skills.

Additionally, the Training Officer will attend to the personal needs of clients, ensure their safety and well-being, and complete required documentation in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize evidence-based methods to train and assist adults with disabilities in ADLs, CLSs, and pre-vocational skills
  • Attend to the personal needs of clients and ensure their safety and well-being
  • Complete and submit required documentation in a timely manner
  • Work with a multi-disciplinary team to provide individualized care plans for each client
