Job Opportunity:

Disability Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living tasks such as feeding, grooming, and toileting to promote trainees' independence.
  • Collaborate with therapists and senior training officers to develop, plan, and coordinate training materials for therapeutic and skills development.
  • Participate in the management of challenging behaviors by working closely with senior training officers and therapists.
  • Develop and implement Individual Training Plans (ITPs) to cater to each trainee's unique needs and goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of trainee progress and assessment to ensure data-driven decision-making.
