Job Opportunity:

A compassionate Training Officer is sought to provide daily training and care for individuals with disabilities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, patience, and a passion for working with adults with special needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implement evidence-based methods to train and assist adults with disabilities in daily living skills, community living skills, and pre-vocational skills.
  2. Maintain the personal well-being and safety of clients, attending to their individual needs as required.
  3. Prepare and submit accurate documentation in a timely manner.
  4. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans for each client.
  5. Pursue additional projects and duties as assigned.
