Physiotherapy Professional Role

Our organization is seeking skilled physiotherapists to provide holistic care for adults in residential, community, or home-based settings.

Job Description: We are looking for dedicated physiotherapists to join our allied health team and support adults with physical, functional, and mobility needs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting assessments and providing physiotherapy interventions for adult clients with mobility, neurological, functional, and physical rehabilitation needs.
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans (ICPs), working collaboratively with caregivers, nursing, and other allied health professionals.
  • Delivering therapy through individual or group sessions in center-based or community-based settings, including home visits when required.
  • Providing education and training to caregivers and staff to promote safe mobility and functional independence for clients.

Professional Development Opportunities: Candidates will have access to clinical supervision, mentorship, and ongoing professional development opportunities. Additionally, they will have the chance to work alongside experienced therapists and multidisciplinary teams supporting adults across a wide range of physical, intellectual, and sensory disabilities.

Key Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in physiotherapy.• Fully registered or eligible for registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), Singapore.• Passion for working with adults in residential, community, or home-based settings.• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.• At least 4-5 years of relevant experience in adult physiotherapy.
