Physiotherapist Role in Adult Rehabilitation

We are seeking Physiotherapists to join our team of healthcare professionals, dedicated to delivering quality care and support to adult clients with mobility, neurological, functional, and physical rehabilitation needs.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for working with adults in residential, community, or home-based settings and have excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.

To excel in this role, you will need to be able to:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and provide tailored physiotherapy interventions to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Develop and implement Individualised Care Plans (ICPs), working closely with caregivers, nursing staff, and other allied health professionals.
  • Deliver therapy sessions through individual or group settings, including centre-based or community-based settings, as well as home visits when required.
  • Provide education and training to caregivers and staff to promote safe mobility and functional independence for clients.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions to contribute to holistic care planning for adult clients.

Please note that fresh graduates with suitable clinical experience in adult rehabilitation are welcome to apply. Relevant experience in adult physiotherapy is an advantage, but not essential.

Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy.
  • Fully registered or eligible for registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), Singapore.
  • Strong passion for working with adults in residential, community, or home-based settings.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
