Physiotherapist Role
THK Therapy Services seeks skilled Physiotherapists to provide holistic care for adults in residential, community, or home-based settings.

Job Description

We are looking for Physiotherapists to join our allied health team and support adults with physical, functional, and mobility needs.

The ideal candidate will conduct assessments and provide physiotherapy interventions for adult clients, develop individualised care plans, deliver therapy through individual or group sessions, and participate in multidisciplinary case discussions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting assessments and providing physiotherapy interventions for adult clients with mobility, neurological, functional, and physical rehabilitation needs.
  • Developing and implementing Individualised Care Plans (ICPs), working collaboratively with caregivers, nursing, and other allied health professionals.
  • Delivering therapy through individual or group sessions in centre-based or community-based settings, including home visits when required.
  • Providing education and training to caregivers and staff to promote safe mobility and functional independence for clients.

Additionally, they will have the chance to work alongside experienced therapists and multidisciplinary teams supporting adults across a wide range of physical, intellectual, and sensory disabilities.

Key requirements include:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy.
  • Fully registered or eligible for registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), Singapore.
  • Passion for working with adults in residential, community, or home-based settings.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • At least 4-5 years of relevant experience in adult physiotherapy.
