The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to differentiate instruction based on individual needs and tier levels.

Key qualifications include:

  • Diploma or degree in any field related to special education, psychology, social work, occupational therapy, or allied health support;
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, or developmental needs in adult day programs, special education, or sheltered workshops;
  • Familiarity with structured teaching methods, visual supports, and person-centered planning;
  • Ability to facilitate ADLs, vocational tasks, or community-based instruction;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with therapists, caregivers, and community partners.
