Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to support students with mild intellectual disability and comorbidities such as autism spectrum disorder, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, and Down's syndrome.

The ideal candidate will have a valid practicing certificate with the Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC) and at least 2 years of experience in supporting students with similar needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individual and group interventions to improve speech, voice, fluency, and comprehension.
  • Conduct evaluations to identify areas of need and develop treatment plans.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding client progress and discharge plans.

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid practicing certificate with AHPC.
  • At least 2 years of experience in supporting students with mild intellectual disability and comorbidities.
  • Ability to deliver individual and group interventions independently.
  • Effective communication skills.
