MINDS offers a holistic range of services and programmes across the PWIDs' lifespan.

Key Responsibilities- Programme Management: Assist in the day-to-day administration of Appropriate Adult Command Centre, ensuring service calls are attended to 100% of the time, conduct programmes based on client needs, conduct needs assessment to support programme development, maintain updated records on service calls and clients.
- Manpower Resource Planning: Plan and deploy manpower to support programmes, guide volunteers in executing programme activities.
- Volunteer Resource Management: Coordinate recruitment and selection activities for volunteers, match volunteers to appropriate programmes and clients based on programme requirements and volunteer interests and expertise, facilitate volunteer participation in training programmes, maintain volunteer database and training records.
- Volunteer Partnership Facilitation: Conduct needs analysis for volunteer programmes, support risk assessments of volunteer participation, develop requirements for volunteer profiles, implement risk management measures for volunteers in collaboration with programme team.
- Policy and Process Management: Support development of volunteer management policies and processes, monitor compliance to volunteer policies and processes in programmes, coordinate with other organisations for programme execution, conduct outreach activities to target client group, other organisations and the community, support development of community outreach plan to other organisations and the community.
- Degree or Diploma with 1- 2 years working experience.
- Social Service sector or programme management experience will be an advantage.
- Willingness to be hands-on with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic and interested in serving Persons with Intellectual Disability and their caregivers.
- Self-driven and a team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to commit to work till January 2026.
